This month’s artist is:

Paul (& Roxanne) Marcellino

Marcellino Fine Art Prints

About Marcellino Fine Art Prints: Paul and Roxanne Marcellino began making digital fine art prints of Paul’s original artworks in 2009, to give as gifts for family and friends.  They were very pleased that the prints were true to the original work, and encouraged by the immediate positive response from everyone who saw them.  They also were gratified to see the beautiful prints hanging on the walls in the homes of their appreciative gift recipients!

Original art work is often quite costly.  Because of this, the couple is offering quality reproductions of this practicing artist’s work at affordable prices.  Many of the selected works are from scenery observed close to different places where the couple have lived, or while traveling in Italy.

Archival quality natural rag paper is used for printing images and each print is matted with an archival quality museum rag board and conservation acid-free backing board.  Our fine art prints are hand signed by the artist and made to fit standard 11″ x 14″ frames.  Marcelino Fine Art Prints are produced at the artist’s studio in Worcester, New York.

About the Artist: Paul Marcellino was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1954.  He attended the Stella Elkins Tyler School of Fine Art at Temple University where he received his Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in 1976.  He later earned his Master’s Degree in Fine Arts at the Graduate School of Figurative Art at the New York Academy of Art in Manhattan.

Paul has since exhibited his work in group and solo shows throughout the United States and received numerous awards.  Since 1983, he has taught art at schools and institutions throughout the Northeast.  He has conducted courses and workshops at the Pratt Institute, the New York Academy, and the Metropolitan Museum of Art, among others.  In August 2007, he was a visiting artist and lecturer at the International School of Painting, Drawing, and Sculpture in Montecastello, Umbria, Italy.  Paul is currently on the faculty of the Miskayuna School District in Schenectady, New York.
